Accessed via a flat gravel road just off the main thoroughfare, our cottage offers lovely mountain and valley views, surrounded by old-growth trees. Hello, We hope you enjoy your stay! For the respect of our neighbors and your safety, we have a few additional rules: ** No illegal substances or activities are allowed on premises **No weapons allowed on premises **No smoking or vaping allowed on premises ** No parties and no more than 6 people (children and/or adults) are permitted to stay the night without prior written approval. ** We only allow dogs at this time and please no more than 2 dogs at a time and they must be over the age of 6 months old without prior written approval * Quiet time is from 10pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors * No pee pads in the house and please clean up after your pet with provided waste bags and dispose of those in the black garbage can * Pets left alone on the premise must be inside AND crated * Please clean your pet before entry with provided towels and use a provided cover if your pet is on couches and sofas. However, please no animals in the beds * Minimum age of the reservation holder must be 25 years old * Cancellations are not subject to inclement weather or natural disasters Failure to adhere to those rules marked with two asterisks ** could result in guest removal.

We are located down a quaint gravel road right off the main thoroughfare in Mills River. Our resident bunnies and fireflies meander between the small group of homes and many of our neighbors have lived on the road their entire lives. Please respect them and abide by quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Guest access

The entire home and three acres are available to our guests and a stairless entry makes it easy to access. Please note the wood stove pictured in the game room, is only decorative and does not work.
