For the respect of our neighbors and your safety, we have a few additional rules: ** No illegal substances or activities are allowed on premises **No weapons allowed on premises **No smoking or vaping allowed on premises ** No parties and no more than 8 people (children and/or adults) are permitted to stay the night without prior written approval. * Quiet time is from 10pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors * Minimum age of the reservation holder must be 25 years old * Cancellations are not subject to inclement weather or natural disasters Failure to adhere to those rules marked with two asterisks ** could result in guest removal. *All trash must be in bags and securely in the trash can. We have bears and they like to rummage if not kept tight.

Laurel Vista is set in a quiet mountaintop neighborhood with amazing ridgetop views and the convenience of a wide and paved road, which is easy for any vehicle to climb. Also, we often see the occasional deer, fox, or even a mama bear and cubs.

Guest Access

You have access to the entire home and 1 acre yard with two private and separate entrances upstairs and downstairs if needed. Please note the fireplace pictured in the living room, is only decorative and does not work. Please note, that stays over 28 days require a separate and signed rental agreement, additional cleaning fee, and security deposit. In addition, third parties who are not staying in the home and are instead booking on behalf of workers/employees will need to provide a $500 security deposit prior to issuance of entry codes etc. 📜IN ADDITION, PLEASE NOTE: *QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM to respect neighbors. *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. *NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON PREMISES. *NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITIES ALLOWED ON PREMISES. *NO WEAPONS ALLOWED ON PREMISES. *MINIMUM AGE OF RESERVATION HOLDER MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD. *A $250 maintenance fee will be charged if the hot tub requires draining and cleaning due to rule violations. No pee pads inside; please clean up after pets using provided waste bags and dispose of in the outdoor silver garbage can. Pets left alone must be crated indoors. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note our cancellation policy is non-negotiable. In addition, we can not move dates. We suggest buying travel insurance to protect from unexpected plan changes.

Laurel Vista is only 2 minutes to the main road that leads to downtown Hendersonville. The driveway can easily hold two cars and there is additional street parking available for another two cars.
