Laurel Vista is set in a quiet mountaintop neighborhood with amazing ridgetop views and the convenience of a wide and paved road, which is easy for any vehicle to climb. Also, we often see the occasional deer, fox, or even a mama bear and cubs.

Guest Access

You have access to the entire home and 1 acre yard with two private and separate entrances upstairs and downstairs if needed. Please note the fireplace pictured in the living room, is only decorative and does not work. Please note, that stays over 28 days require a separate and signed rental agreement, additional cleaning fee, and security deposit. In addition, third parties who are not staying in the home and are instead booking on behalf of workers/employees will need to provide a $500 security deposit prior to issuance of entry codes etc.

This property was one of the most excellent properties we have stayed at, but the fenced property made it even easier with our dogs. The house itself was very welcoming and cozy and the waffle and popcorn bars took it to the next level. Already looking forward to when we can come back again!

We had a great trip to Christin’s place in Western North Carolina. The home is near many family friendly places to explore (Pisgah Forest, DuPont State Park, Blue Ridge Parkway) and there were lots of options for dining and shopping in Hendersonville, Brevard, and Ashville. Christin was helpful and responsive, and the house was well stocked for our weeklong stay.

Incredible stay. Would highly recommend if you are traveling with a dog! Very relaxing with the hot tub. Also set up like two separte units so great for two families or traveling with multiple couples. I stayed in the basement with our own kitchen while my parents stayed upstairs with their own kitchen. It was better than I expected. Perfect house for a week vacation.

Christin and Laurel Vista were great! The house is very clean, well decorated and supplied. The waffle and popcorn bars were such a nice touch! Our pups LOVED the fenced in yard. The views from the deck were incredible. We enjoyed the location being close to Brevard and Hendersonville. We easily found hikes and breweries. Christin is only a message away and her timely communication and professionalism are truly what makes staying at Laurel Vista an amazing vacation. She also knows great local spots too!

Beautiful, little cottage, set up perfectly for multi family vacations as both levels have bedrooms and a kitchen area. Hot tub is very nice, view was spectacular. Hosts were so sweet and responsive.

Laurel Vista is only 2 minutes to the main road that leads to downtown Hendersonville. The driveway can easily hold two cars and there is additional street parking available for another two cars.
